On Saturday, March 1, Ebony & Ivory performed at the Morden Recreation Centre in Morden, Manitoba, for Southern Manitoba Concerts. Over the past 36 years, Southern Manitoba Concerts has prided itself on sponsoring exceptional talent, especially artists with national and international reputations. Ebony & Ivory has now been added to their list of distinguished artists. This appearance was organized by Sharron Wiens, Past President, and thanks go to the following: Darlene Derksen, President; Laurie Enns, Co-chair; and sound engineer Barry Klassen.

Robert Baird, President of BAM! Baird Artists Management and Agent for Ebony & Ivory, has been elected to the Board of the North American Performing Arts Managers and Agents (NAPAMA) and is serving on the Advisory Committee of Performing Arts Exchange (PAE) and its Showcasing Subcommittee. Congratulations, Robert.

Jay Jantzen, Booking Director for the Redmond Community Concert Association in Redmond, Oregon, was kind enough to let us know who assisted with the appearance of Ebony & Ivory at their performance on Sunday, January 13, 2008.
