Ebony & Ivory Warmly Welcomed in Amsterdam, NYOn Sunday, September 25, Ebony &
Ivory performed to an overflow crowd at the United Presbyterian
Church in Amsterdam, NY, as part of the Amsterdam Area Community
Concert Association's 2005-2006 Concert Season. The beautiful concert
venue featured a restored Steinway concert grand piano from the early
1900s. The concert was the culmination of the long-time support and
efforts of Phoebe and Alexander Boschi. Details of the
concert were organized by Paul Gavry. The Ebony &
Ivory debut CD Red Hot! was extremely popular and
Andrew and Fred spent a half an hour after the concert

Coffee County, Enterprise, AL Ebony & Ivory Embark on California TourEbony & Ivory leave for their
California tour immediately after playing two concerts in Canada, one
at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario and the other at
Showplace Peterborough in Peterborough, Ontario. The California Tour starts in Bakersfield, CA
where the Duo will perform for the music students at Rosedale Middle
School in the morning and then to a sold-out crowd at the Bakersfield
Convention Center in the evening. After a day off to explore
Bakersfield, Andrew and Fred are off to Hollywood to
visit composer Mychael Danna and then head back north to
Bishop, CA, taking in both Sequoia National Forest and Yosemite
National Park along the way. After the evening concert in Bishop, it's off
to Indian Wells Valley Concert Association in Ridgecrest, CA, where
the Duo will again perform for school children in the morning and
present an evening concert in the Indian Wells Valley subscription
series. The tour ends in Baldwin City, KS, where the
Duo will be presenting a Jazz Workshop for students at Baker
University and then performing in the Artist and Lecture Series the
same evening. Back home, Ebony & Ivory will
switch gears and get ready for their Christmas Concert at Georgia
Southwestern University which will take them to Americus, GA for the

Newsletter. Arts Midwest Conference Introduced to Red Hot!The Arts Midwest Conference, held in
Indianapolis, IN this year, afforded Ebony & Ivory
Agent/Manager Robert Baird an opportunity to show off
Red Hot! Response to the CD was overwhelmingly
